Talking about cleaning the oven:

The family I work for wanted me to make an appointment the other day because their oven wasn't working.

I made the appointment and met the repair guy. He looked at the oven and said, "The reason it won't turn on is because when they turned the oven to 'self-clean' it got too hot and messed up the trip switch."

Well the bill turned out to be $130.00 - just for the guy to come out and reset the switch!

Grateful I don't have a self-cleaning oven!
