Been ordering a piece of needed medical apparatus from the same pharmacy for years; last time ordered they didfn't deliver and sent my PCA after it and they only sent part of what I needed and used a back up which had latex(super allergic to) covered bt a silicone lining and though it didn't set my allergy off it gave me a bad infection and then a follow up infection in a scrape on my leg which I am doing a different set of antibiotics for. Called to get the missing piece and found they had changed hands and no lopnger did those and didn't send notice. They gave me an alternate that is a 45 minute drive away. Luckily they deliver so am ok.

Coming along..I hope to make a meeting tomorrow and get the hell out of this house. Maybe hubby and I can do lunch. Then I have to go to the grocery store... Gaah

This thread could be a daily thing for me and my selishness and childish behavior and the part of doing the same things on the same things and some work and others dont' and I am getting so damn tired of trying to keep everythign a float I am done I have had it I am just fircking burned out to the max on so many things.

yep, today did it, the estate sale whine,

mid-day, the family showed up,

the family from hell!

a conga line of dysfunction!

complete with touchy feely, loud obnoxious whiney kids

it was a nine count brood!

mama loud, was haggling like i never seen before!

i felt like a rug dealer in NYC!

and as the kids were climbing up on the KEEP OUT pile, grandma loud was stuffing chotskies in her pockets!

when they left the scene, they left junior loud whiney kid behind!!!

Well there were 7 people at my HG tonight. We finished up the meeting right before 7pm and then cleaned up. Then some of us took off over to the Intergroup's Anny, that started at 7pm. We got there at about 7:20 and there was no food left! Ok there were a few scraps of ham and a few cubes of cheese but nothing else.

The speaker was starting until 8pm so we hung around for 1/2 hr. The place was filled shoulder to shoulder with people. Good thing there's a deck outside where we could wait also.

Then it was time for the speakers, I managed to find a spot to sit on a small file cabinet (that I shared with someone else) behind the first speaker.

The first speaker "Mary Ann" had 44 years of sobriety, amazing. She shared her ESH, not without some laughter.

Cake at the end, I was able to get a slice of that and a cup of coffee.

ANGEL HERE: Well, I'm going to let it all hang out!! I've been sick for days now (and I'm not talking a little sick) I went from a cold to bronchitis to strep throat, all in the matter of 2 wks. And I'm still not feeling well. But my problem is that I have been cooped up for so long, I'm having trouble getting back into things, and I know I have to. I was going to go out today and I blew it off. I'm feeling really tired and run down, but I'm going out tomorrow, no matter what (even if it's just to a meeting) I gotta get the blood flowing again.

NEXT: The daughter!!! Gaah

I sent her 2 e-mails and left a phone message no response. I just can't let it go!! I don't know, if it's pride or what, but when she doesn't answer, I get really angry..! I know now that I have no choice but to accept it. It hurts me deep inside, and I don't know if I can, but I know it is neccessary for my peace of mind. I have to stop trying to contact her, because she knows, and it only hurts me when I do. She's moved (I think) out of Conn. to Springfield, with her boyfriend, I guess she has a new life, and she doesn't need me anymore, and doesn't want me, in her new life. I guess I have to live with that. I will continue to pray and maybe someday she'll come around...Thanks for listening your the best friends anyone could have...
