Here's a suggestion..Get to your doctor...be honest with him about your drinking and ask him to give you a total once over. "Cz sometimes we don't know how much damage we did to our bodies and our minds and we sometimes need a little extra help from the professionals to start the healing process..sometimes it is just a little guidance on how to eat right or things like that
