You guys probally didn't even know I was gone but I was for about a week. I ended up in the Psychiatric Hospital. I just got home yesterday. The situation with my daughter and her not letting me see my Grandson, finally took it's toll. I became very depress to the point, I couldn't even get out of bed, and I was crying constantly. Tom talk me into going. I was in there for 5 days and they helped me so much. They did some Med. changes and counseling. I even got my blood sugars under control. I was a mess, when I got there, I wasn't taken care of myself, I wasn't even going to meetings. I was completely fallen apart, but now I'm doing so much better. I have learned to deal with the situation and one of the things is to DETACH COMPLETELY..! And finally I think I'm able to do that. I will be going to IOP (Intensive Out Patient Treatment) for a few weeks, which I know will be good for me. I've missed you all and I'm so glad to be back. I love all you dearly and thank you for all the support you've given me.

I'm so glad you're doing better now, yes sometimes it's better if we can completely detach from situations, especially if we don't have any control over some circumstances. It's healthier for us (not to mention the people around us). It's the selfish part of this program and that's ok!

Looking forward to more of your postings/updates Ang but don't overdo it!
